This painting was inspired by the Strictly Come Dancing 2024 dance for Remembrance Day, featuring Gorka Marquez and Michelle Tsiak. I love the imagery of people dancing at home; they are dancing not as a performance, but just for themselves. It feels more personal and genuine.
